At Kawaii Kami, we want to be upfront about how shipping works so there are no surprises at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on select items for orders over $40. Free shipping applies to products fulfilled directly by Kawaii Kami (notebooks, pencil cases, desk mats, backpacks, and more).

Printful-Fulfilled Products

Some of our products — including t-shirts, stickers, vinyl decals, mugs, shoes, and pin buttons — are printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. These items have their own flat-rate shipping costs, which will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Rates

Kawaii Kami Products (General):

Standard Shipping: $8.00 (orders under $40)
Free Standard Shipping (orders $40 and over)
Express Shipping: $15.00

Printful-Fulfilled Products: Flat rates vary by product type and destination. Rates will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Print-on-demand items may take additional time.
